What's Included in Airbnb & Vacation Rental Cleaning
Bedrooms: Fresh linens put on every bed, surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed, trash removed, and closets checked for anything a previous guest left behind.
Bathrooms: Tub, shower, toilet, sink, and mirror scrubbed and disinfected, fresh towels set out, and amenities restocked to your par level.
Kitchen: Counters, appliance exteriors, sink, and stovetop cleaned, dishes checked for anything left in the sink or dishwasher, and trash removed.
Living areas: Surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped, pillows and throws reset, and a final walkthrough before we leave to confirm the space is ready for guests.
What We Don't Cover
We are a residential only cleaning company. We do not shampoo carpets, wash walls, wash exterior windows above ground level, do laundry off site, restock consumables you have not supplied, or handle maintenance or repair issues in the unit.
Additional options: Linen laundering, deep cleans between long term guests, and interior window cleaning are available with a clear price in your quote.
Products and Tools We Use
Our team brings its own supplies to every turnover. We use microfiber cloths that trap dust instead of pushing it around, and a vacuum with HEPA filtration so fine dust and pet hair stay out of the next guest's first impression. On sealed hardwood, tile, and stone, we use a pH neutral cleaner that will not strip finishes. For hard water spots on shower glass and faucets, common across San Antonio, we use a mineral safe descaler.
