Some jobs are bigger than a regular visit. Deep House Cleaning is the complete reset for baseboards, high ledges, door frames, grout, and the buildup that a quick wipe never reaches. It is the best first visit for a home that has not been professionally cleaned in a while, and a good reset before switching to a recurring plan.
San Antonio Maid Services LLC sends background checked cleaning professionals who work top to bottom, one room at a time, with a price you see before you book.

What's Included in Deep House Cleaning
Kitchen: Everything in a standard cleaning, plus detailed scrubbing of the stovetop, backsplash, and cabinet fronts, and buildup removed from around the sink and faucet base.
Bathrooms: Detailed scrubbing of tile, grout, and fixtures, hard water buildup removed from shower glass and faucets, and baseboards and door frames wiped.
Bedrooms and living areas: Baseboards, high ledges, door frames, and window sills wiped by hand. Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted within reach. Reachable light switches, outlets, and vents cleaned.
Where selected: Inside the oven, inside the fridge, and inside cabinets and drawers when they are empty.
What We Don't Cover
We are a residential only cleaning company. We do not shampoo carpets, wash walls, wash exterior windows above ground level, move heavy furniture or appliances, or handle biohazard, mold, or pest problems.
Additional options: Inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows, and laundry are available with a clear price in your quote. If your home is empty and you need it ready for a move, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning covers that instead.
Products and Tools We Use
Our team brings its own supplies to every deep clean. We use microfiber cloths that trap dust instead of pushing it around, and a vacuum with HEPA filtration so fine dust and pet hair stay in the vacuum. For grout and hard water buildup, we use a mineral safe descaler that removes deposits without scratching tile or fixtures. On sealed hardwood, tile, and stone, we use a pH neutral cleaner that will not strip finishes or etch counters.
How Pricing Works
Your price depends on your home's square footage, number of bathrooms, and how long it has been since the last professional cleaning. A home that has gone a year without one takes longer to reset than a home cleaned last month, and your quote reflects that before you book, not after.

Cleaning for San Antonio Homes
San Antonio homes have their own cleaning problems. Our hard water leaves white spots on shower glass, faucets, and fixtures, so we use a mineral safe cleaner that removes buildup without scratching. From December to February, mountain cedar pollen settles into ledges, sills, and ceiling fans that a quick cleaning never reaches, which is exactly what a deep clean is built for. Limestone and caliche dust tracks in from yards and driveways in newer homes in Stone Oak, The Dominion, and Rogers Ranch. Older homes in Alamo Heights, Olmos Park, and Terrell Hills often have original hardwood, plaster, and detailed trim that need gentle products and careful hand wiping during a deep clean.
