What's Included in House Cleaning
Kitchen: Wipe counters, backsplash, and cabinet fronts. Clean the outside of the fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Clean inside the microwave. Scrub and shine the sink and faucet. Wipe the stovetop and knobs. Empty the trash and replace the liner. Vacuum and mop the floor.
Bathrooms: Scrub the tub, shower walls, and glass door. Clean and disinfect the toilet inside and out. Clean the sink, faucet, and counter. Shine the mirror. Remove hard water spots from fixtures. Vacuum and mop the floor.
Bedrooms and living areas: Dust reachable surfaces, shelves, and decor. Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures within reach. Wipe light switches, door handles, and remotes. Make beds if fresh linens are left out. Vacuum carpet and rugs. Vacuum and mop hard floors.
Every room: Reachable baseboards dusted, trash removed, high touch surfaces wiped.
What We Don't Cover
We are a residential only cleaning company, so we do not take on offices or any other work outside the home. We also do not shampoo carpets, wash walls, wash exterior windows above ground level, move heavy furniture or appliances, or handle biohazard or pest problems.
Additional options: Inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, interior windows, and laundry are available with a clear price in your quote. If your home has not had a professional cleaning in a while, Deep House Cleaning is a better fit for the first visit.
Products and Tools We Use
Our team brings its own supplies to every home. We use microfiber cloths that trap dust instead of pushing it around, and a vacuum with HEPA filtration so fine dust and pet hair stay in the vacuum instead of blowing back into the room. On sealed hardwood, tile, and stone, we use a pH neutral cleaner that will not strip finishes or etch counters. Have pets, kids, or a fragrance sensitivity? Tell us when you book, and we will use fragrance free products.

What if I am not happy with the cleaning? Tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will come back and make it right at no extra charge.
