We want you to love how your home feels when you walk in. If something was missed or is not right, tell us and we will fix it.
How It Works
- Look over your home after your cleaning.
- If anything is not right, contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. Call (210) 405-7040 or email info@sanantoniomaidservices.com. Photos help.
- We schedule a return visit to clean the areas that fell short, at no additional charge.

Any task on the checklist for the service you booked. Additional options you did not book, and areas we could not reach safely, are not included.

Accidents are rare, but if one happens, tell us right away. Call us directly at (210) 405-7040 so we can review what happened and work out next steps with you.
