How much does house cleaning cost? Your price depends on your home's size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, its condition, the service you choose, and how often you book. Your instant quote shows your real price before you commit. There are no hidden fees.
How much does apartment cleaning cost? The instant quote gives you real pricing for your apartment's size and layout. Apartments usually cost less than larger homes because there is less space to clean.
Why do I pay when I book? Payment reserves your spot on our schedule.
Is recurring cleaning cheaper than one-time cleaning? Yes. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly visits cost less per visit than a one-time cleaning, because your home stays in better shape between visits.

The Cleaning Visit
What's included in a standard cleaning? Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. We wipe counters and surfaces, clean sinks, fixtures, and faucets, dust reachable surfaces, clean high touch areas, vacuum and mop the floors, and remove the trash. We make beds on request.
What's included in a deep cleaning? Everything in a standard cleaning, plus baseboards, high ledges and door frames, detailed bathroom and kitchen scrubbing, window sills and tracks, and inside appliances where you select them.
What's the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning? A standard cleaning keeps a home that is already in good shape. A deep cleaning catches up on buildup. Book a deep cleaning first if it has been a while since your last professional cleaning.
What services do you not offer? We do not wash exterior windows above ground level, shampoo carpets, wash walls, handle biohazard or hoarding cleanup, pest or mold remediation, or restoration after a fire or flood. We do not use ladders taller than two steps or move heavy furniture. Laundry and dishes are available only when requested at booking.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment? Yes. Our team brings all cleaning supplies and equipment.
What cleaning products do you use? We use microfiber cloths, HEPA filter vacuums, a pH neutral cleaner for floors and stone, and a mineral safe cleaner for San Antonio's hard water spots. Fragrance free products are available on request.
How long does a cleaning usually take? It depends on your home's size and condition. Your quote is based on your home's details, so each visit gets the time it needs.
Can you arrive exactly at 9:00 AM? We give you a 30-minute arrival window, so you know when to expect us.
Do I need to be home while the cleaning professionals are there? No. You can share a door code, a garage code, or a lockbox. Tell us your entry plan when you book.
After Your Cleaning
What if something isn't right after my cleaning? Tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will come back and make it right at no extra charge. Read our full service standard.
